Domestic Shipping

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are based on your selected shipping method and your location.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • Kirishian Imported Rugs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • To ensure the accuracy of your order, we may need to verify certain details before processing and shipping. This could include contacting you via email or phone.

Shipping Kit for Returns

  • If you need to return a rug, we provide a shipping kit that includes all necessary materials to safely package and return your rug. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do NOT offer international shipping. We only ship within the Continental United States and U.S. Territories.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@rugimportstore.com. We cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address once the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Kirishian Imported Rugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
