Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Kirishian Oriental Rugs. We value your satisfaction and want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.
1. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Returns
· In-Stock Rugs (SELECT One-Of-A-Kind Rugs & Vintage Rugs) and accessories are returnable for a full refund or in-store credit when returned within seven business days of purchase in unused/undamaged condition with a receipt. Returns beyond this seven-day period may result in re-stocking fees unless authorized by an associate.
O Ordered Rugs (Fashion Floorward Rug Collections) and accessories may be returned in unused/undamaged condition within seven (7) days of receipt of goods, but will be subject to a 25% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS ALL APPLICABLE SHIPPING FEES. We strongly recommend checking out our samples before placing an order for rugs from our Fashion Floorward Rug Collections.
Custom Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Also, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required on all custom orders.
Closeout Rugs may be returned for a refund or in-store credit WITHIN 72-HOURS after purchase. All closeout rug purchases are considered FINAL after 72 hours from the time of purchase.
Refunds are credited to the original form of tender unless in-store credit can be applied.
3. Initiate a Return
· Contact our customer service team at sales2@kirishianrugs.con
· Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
· Do NOT send your purchase back to us without contacting customer service.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g) you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@kirishianrugs.com
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The following items are not eligible for return:

· * Final sale items
· * Customized items
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Please review this policy periodically for updates.
